Process

The 1st round is Aptitude, the 2nd round is Coding, then the 3rd round is a Technical Interview if qualified, followed by Round 4: HR Round and 5: HSBC Value Assessment (more of a formality).

The Aptitude round was of moderate difficulty and lasted about 1 and a half hours. The Coding round was surprisingly easy and lasted 20 minutes. Then the technical round was for about 40 minutes, which depends on the candidate.

Questions

Started off with an introduction and asked core Java questions on singleton class, threading, and exceptions. Then moved on to ask project-related questions and some puzzles.
