I was contacted by the recruiter. They set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was a very basic phone screen. I then went in and talked with the hiring manager and his boss. This part included a number of questions about the SDLC and my views on a number of technologies.
This was followed up in the next few days by a video call with some of the developers in London. They asked mostly simple programming-related questions, typical of most bank interviews.
Then there was an interview with a trader and the hiring manager again.
After this round, they made me an offer. After I indicated that I was not going to accept the offer, they asked me to come in one more time to talk to some higher-up people to try and convince me to take the job.
