Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India

Process

First, there was a QA test, then a one-to-one technical interview, and then an HR round. All happened on the same day. Sometimes they take a telephonic interview as well.

The overall level of difficulty was easy. Questions were not asked in depth. Interviews for HSBCGLT do not require a high level of technical knowledge.

People are friendly. Work-life balance is present in almost all projects. However, if you are looking for challenges, then this company is not the right place. Sometimes, you can feel that more time is spent on CSR and team-building activities than on work. Work does not demand in-depth knowledge of technology. Nowadays, hikes are not much if you are already drawing huge packages, even if you outperform others.
