Applied through the HSBC portal. A few days later, I got the aptitude test. After finishing it, a few weeks later, HR called to ask about my current job status and past experience, and to arrange an interview with the hiring manager. The process was quite long, but once you had the meeting with the hiring manager, the rest of the process was very fast and smooth.
