Pros: Stable job. You can go to sleep from 9 to 6 and you'll never get fired.
Cons: First-level supervisors (internally, they have several names, like TPM or BCG5) are like "bad babies": they don't know anything, they don't work, and they think they are gods. However, their managers are even worse: they think they are "blue blood" and try to avoid any task. Mistreating their people is also common practice in this company.
