Pros: This experience greatly improved my written and spoken English, and it gave me systematic training on techniques and management.
Cons: Doing the same thing day by day and always with OT. It's hard to try something new if you stay in the same team.

Pros: Great work-life balance. Mostly remote, with once a week in the office if you want.
Cons: Difficult to get a promotion and raise. Try to negotiate for as high as you can because raises are around 2% a year.
