Process
The first round is an SJT (Situational Judgement Test), which tests your response to various situations. You have to answer by selecting the most likely solution to the problem and the least likely response to it.
It was followed by the Meritrak online test (Aptitude, English, J2EE, and SQL).
Once qualified, the next round is the interview round, in which they test your technical ability.
Questions
Several questions related to J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and JavaScript, since mine was for a Java developer position.
