The interview was in a relaxed environment with equally pleasant and easy-going hiring managers. We discussed previous local experiences in detail to judge work ethics and technical knowledge.
They asked a couple of behavioral questions to identify how well the candidate fits into their office culture.
We finished off the interview by discussing one specific role and how I can contribute to the new organization.
