Very poor experience as a candidate. The first HR interview was missed by the HR person; they forgot to diarise it and didn't turn up to the prearranged call.

Followed by two identical HR interviews on the same day by different HR people. The IT interview followed, and I was told I'd get feedback in a week. One month later, I've had no contact from HSBC as to the result of the interview. However, I see they've re-advertised the position.

Shambolic management by HR throughout the process, although the IT team conducted a good technical interview.
