It was a contract role, so only one stage of interview.

The interview was done by the Scrum Master and Test Manager.

It mainly concentrated on process, testing concepts, and my attitude. The questions were point-to-point to their requirements. After joining, I faced the same situations that were asked during the interview.

2. How do I handle conflict in: i. Estimations during sprint planning. ii. When we raise a defect.
3. My way of interacting with Devs and BAs.
4. How do I work collaboratively with the team(s).
5. Handling pressure.
6. How do I plan my work/deliverables during tight deadlines.
7. About my technical expertise.
8. About the test management tool JIRA.
9. Testing concepts.
10. Experience in working with external teams/vendors.
