Pros

Good health benefits. Great people. Vast network and opportunity to be involved in major projects. International presence.

Cons
  • Poor pay and compensation for the work put in, despite massive profits.
  • Bonuses going down year on year for 'normal' staff.
  • Not enough staff; jobs aren't backfilled, departments are 'restructured,' and you end up doing three people's jobs for no more recognition.
  • Forced office work.
  • Change is very slow and underfunded. You end up going for basic, cheap options, which is demoralizing.
Advice to Management
  • Listen to staff, consider mental health and cost of living, rather than just signposting to mental health crisis support.
  • Pay employees fairly.
  • Fund work and employ enough staff to be able to do the role.
  • Stop 'aligning to global'; one size doesn't fit all, and this forces poor decisions for staff and customers.
