Great co-workers, overall competitive pay.
Long hours are the norm. The team runs way too lean to truly change anything. Everyone becomes a "keeps the light" engineer. Innovation often starts with executive support, but once it grows, it's too much and innovation goes out the window due to the time required to "keep the lights on."
Stop expecting 10-12 hour days as the standard.
Stop trying to move highly technical or skilled positions to low-cost regions when you know that region doesn't have the skillset.
It was a one-hour interview consisting of functional, technical, and behavioral question answers. The total time to receive an offer was 3 weeks. Questions covered enterprise architecture and team management.
Lengthy interview process, ill-communicated, very positive at the beginning with a final interview that was passive-aggressive, as if they were finding reasons not to hire me. Overall, not a great experience, and I would hesitate to apply to this com
