Uninspiring. Lonely from day one. No training. Left to fend for yourself. Other colleagues can be extremely rude and shouty. Off-shore colleagues can be inconsiderate of your local working time and expect you to respond back immediately. Forced to work from home while going into the office can feel lonely and isolating.
