Good, but felt tense due to the panel. There are too many people on the panel, and they ask about your experience and strong areas. I felt a bit tense due to the number of people on the panel, but it’s an easy one to crack.

Two stages. General conversation with the current role holder and hiring manager, followed by a case study with Q&A. This is a reasonably well-structured and relaxed environment. There is also a remote Zoom call with the next-level manager.
