Test Engineer
Easy. The company is still figuring out its processes. I got the offer but declined for a better-paid position. It was good for practicing interview skills. The company has some ethical issues.
Software Engineer
Phone interview: Basic HR questions. It really depends. Tech interviews: Tech basics, brainstorming, project management, software development lifecycle. Case studies: For me, it was a technical situation, asking me to give a general solution.
IT Infrastructure Architect
Two stages. General conversation with the current role holder and hiring manager, followed by a case study with Q&A. This is a reasonably well-structured and relaxed environment. There is also a remote Zoom call with the next-level manager.
