Increasingly stressful under the current leadership team
20+ days of annual leave.
It wasn't hard to maintain a work-life balance before 2024. However, I began to frequently work overtime starting from 2024. Late nights and weekends. It's rare for me not to work overtime. As an engineer, not having the time to develop our own technical skills is harmful.
