HSBC GLT - PUNE (GBM-GCF) Review: Worst place to work
Unfortunately, there are no pros, except that I got the chance to work on a project developed from scratch to the end and gained good exposure.
- No onsite opportunity.
- Salary structure is not up to other IB standards.
- Very, very bad politics.
- Management is narrow-minded and purely non-technical.
- Local region-based partiality: GBM purely supports local people and prefers local region people for promotion.
- Management culture is purely party and drink-based.
- Skill up the management staff or clean them up.
- Instead of playing region-based partiality/politics, give preference to deserving candidates.
- Recognize the people who really work for the projects.
