Good interaction within teams. Monetary benefits if you stay more than 4 years. Gym is good. Infrastructure is good. Captive organization, hence no client employee culture.
Monotonous work.
Leadership, management, and politics.
Food is the worst. Management doesn't even listen to change. There is only one vendor.
