The company’s culture is good. Work-life balance is also good for most of the year. Job security is somewhat better than it is on average in the tech industry.
Very little interesting work. Lots of boring procedural work that doesn’t require coding. Not enough scope for growth (professionally and monetarily). The designations given to people are extremely haphazard and confusing.
When you hire people from rigorous educational backgrounds through a difficult and thorough interview process, you should give them more challenging assignments to work on. Stop hiring in bulk from no-name colleges. Stop giving random, puffed-up sounding designations to people, hoping that it will offset the poor increment structure.
It depends a lot on the project and manager. I had one interview with a manager and was hired, but generally there will be two rounds. The second round would be with the manager or lead, or generally both. It will be a technical + fitment round.
Two technical rounds of interviews. The first one was relatively simple, and the second one was of a good level. There is also one more online psychology test, which is irrelevant. After that, salary discussion.
Good. Gives equal opportunities to every employee. Things are in good shape as of now. I got recruited from college, and it was a wonderful experience. This site gives a good platform to express my gratitude to this company.
