Very flexible work-from-home policy, supportive, collaborative, and collegial. Quick turnaround when releasing code and easy procedures. Relatively new tech stack for an investment bank.
Teams are big and can make it hard to find the right SME at times. But generally, it's not a problem, as everyone is very friendly and helpful.
