I worked in HSBC Krakow, and people are really nice.
The HR department is really bad and not responsive. The team leaders I worked with did not know what I was doing, and therefore they were not able to help when I had a problem with a customer.
Managers should be aware of what team members are doing, instead of leading only meetings. The HR department should really start working.
