Not a good place for talented, hard-working individuals
There are some nice people working there.
Poor talent management, skill/effort not correlated with pay. Lots of people working there coast by while doing no work and make the same or better money than people who work really hard. Corporate psychopaths tend to get promoted. IT budgets are too constrained.
