Suitable for low IQ people who can't face market competition. Old managers don't allow talent to grow, in order to save their jobs. Their salary is in multiple figures, but the lowest hierarchy gets pennies. Biased leadership. Less promotion scope. Good for YES people who can butter their managers. No area for growth. Managers are incompetent and outdated. They will show you lollipops and extract the work. Infrastructure is very bad. Overcrowded workplace, canteen, and lifts. Managers will not allow you to switch to other departments. They are politicians.
Good for dumb and low IQ people who fear competition.
Try to get some certification. If you are competitive, then just try to switch to another company. Apply your knowledge to yourself. Talk less. Don't hide behind others.
