Pros

Used to be known for good work-life balance.

In some pockets, having very dependable managers.

Cons

Getting infested with lots of politics with new management hires.

Replacing low-wage workers with high-wage workers due to nepotism.

Advice to Management

Resource hiring and resource firing has become highly subjective. Just perform the audit of hiring and firing of associates from April 2016 to April 2017. You will come across associates hired on some designation or grade just to pay them higher, and individuals already running the show with efficiency and lesser pay are being replaced by these highly paid individuals.

At places, individuals who were top raters for the past three years have been made redundant just to make way for a new associate who had worked with a higher manager.
