It was a reasonable paycheck
It was a great place to work at. Each employee owned their specific work, though we also had teammates to work with on the same thing. When I was on vacation, some of my teammates would back up my job. Normally, I wouldn't be called at that time. This is a really good thing.
Some positions will require work overnight, as this is a global company.
