Overall, a very positive experience
- Friendly and helpful management and co-workers.
- Plenty of leaves.
- Good initial compensation.
- Flexibility of working hours.
- Lots of fun events.
- Good work-life balance.
Yearly increments have mostly been disappointing.
Some of the technologies are very outdated while some are the latest. It depends on your luck where you end up.
Even though most projects are exciting, due to the structure and hierarchy, it's hard to get work done quickly.
