Good for laterals, not good for freshers

3.0
Pros
  1. Open culture.
  2. Can learn how to work with global clients.
  3. Onsite opportunities, but limited to 6 months most of the time and on a rotational basis.
  4. Fun at work - you can strike a work-life balance as there is not much pressure from the client side (internal client).
  5. Good for laterals as projects come without much fuss, and project monitoring is not required that much; a good company to settle down.
  6. Good brand name.
Cons
  1. Most of the points posted in the other reviews.
  2. No good salary hike; the appraisal system is not good, based on perception and good relations.
  3. No good learnings, technical or otherwise, which can help you switch careers.
  4. Not good for freshers, as you won't learn much.
Advice to Management

General advice: Employ more people from onsite in management. At least it will help retain good resources.
