I was interviewed in Jan 2011 for a Java interview. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical rounds were tough, whereas the HR round was a formality.

I was informed by the Consulting Agency that your interview with HSBC has been scheduled. On the exact given time, the interviewer called on my cell phone. This was the 1st round, i.e., the Telephonic Round. This interview lasted almost 40 minutes.
