Good work environment. Higher management is very approachable and understanding. Plenty of opportunities for working in different countries, even for new employees. You get a premium account with the HSBC bank, which is really nice. Very good training programs for employees; some of them are really advanced. Office space is excellent. I loved the events and parties.

Employees using niche technologies have extremely monotonous work and less scope of advancement. Lower management is prone to taking bad decisions. Commuting options are bad, especially for employees working odd shifts. Too many processes to follow to the point you spend more time following processes than doing your work. Many of them are practically useless.

Reduce the number of processes to be followed so that employees can focus more on work. Introduce some change in work for employees, especially those in niche technologies.
