Pros

Good work environment.

Free time mostly.

Good for those who want to pass their time.

Cons

No learning.

Damn politics.

No growth.

Saturated completely. Higher management says, "We are not a service-oriented company, so we have limited (almost nil) opportunities to grow."

Once in and spent some time, then one cannot go out and look for another opportunity because one forgets everything (skills).

Advice to Management

No point advising them; they are deaf. But for the sake of providing,

don't bluff people in interviews, and when they are leaving.
