Good team, interesting work. Facilities in Canada Square were good too!
My direct manager was really good, but the one above her was utterly toxic. We spent far too long word-smithing slides to get him to make a decision. There was lots of internal politics and managing upward required.
Help the managers to understand what is worth focusing their time on. Challenge toxic leadership; it exists and it is extremely damaging.

Test Engineer
Easy. The company is still figuring out its processes. I got the offer but declined for a better-paid position. It was good for practicing interview skills. The company has some ethical issues.
Graduate Software Developer Interview
The first step was completing a behavioural assessment. It was untimed. The second step was to clear the pre-recorded Hirevue interview. I could not clear the Hirevue and thus could not proceed in the process.

Very straightforward, as I already knew the interviewer. The questions were as expected, with nothing out of the ordinary. I only had to do one round of interviews, as I had previously worked with the manager.
