I loved my entire 8-year journey with HSBC; it was definitely amazing. They recognize hard work and appreciate it. Career growth is good, as one can move to any stream desired, such as from banking to IT, or non-voice to voice. Job security is excellent.
The salary hike is the only constraint. Existing employees cannot expect much of a hike, but new joiners for the same role with very minimal experience get a very good hike compared to the existing ones. Which is unfair, in my terms.
