The interview process involved:
- A 3-hour take-home coding assessment on basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- A phone screen with the recruiter.
- A technical phone interview.
- A 3-hour technical interview with different team members.
I performed well on all steps, and they were particularly impressed with my coding assessment. However, after hours of interviews, they decided not to offer the position because I would require too much training, despite it being an entry-level role.

Engineering Leadership Just Does Not Care

Pros: The pay is nice, and the 401k and health benefits are nice.
Cons: The engineering culture has been completely gutted by a leadership that just doesn't care about its employees. They've implemented arbitrary "developer metric goals" across the organization, regardless of the nature of each team's work. All of the greatest perks of working here have been stripped away.
Tons of ICs, and even managers, have complained about all the problems, but leadership continues to ignore them. All the "squeaky wheels" are either fired or made so miserable that they quit. Everyone is burning out, and nobody in a position to do anything about it cares.
