There was an initial recruiter call, after which they sent me a 3-hour assessment. I finished that the same day and later scheduled the final virtual onsite for the next couple of days.
I thought it went well but didn't get the offer. In the feedback, I was told that my technical skills were strong, but my non-technical aspects were not up to the company's standards.
My recruiter was really helpful and also gave quick responses. She also provided me with good prep material, including the questions they were going to ask in the interview. I recommend asking your interviewer about the system design questions they plan to ask beforehand. The prep material also contained behavioral questions that they were going to ask.
Initial assessment involved fetching some information using an API, modifying the data, and sending it back to a different API.
