First round:
Typical 30-minute chat with a recruiter to ensure you're not a crazy person or a bad fit.
Second round:
At-home coding exercise with a 3-hour time cap. Retrieve a set of raw data from a RESTful endpoint. The raw data represents client availability across different office locations. Parse and process that data to determine the time most clients are available per office to hold an event. Submit the response to another RESTful endpoint.
Third round:
4-hour on-site interview. First, a tour around the office with the recruiter and general chit-chat. Next, a technical interview involving JavaScript language specifics. Next, a behavioral discussion with the Director of Engineering. Next, a technical interview testing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Then, a technical interview with a more traditional technical problem. Finally, a recap with the recruiter. There was no whiteboarding. I was able to write real code on my own laptop.
Add commas between each character of a string. Do this in such a way that I could execute: 'hello'.addCommas().
Enhance a simple pseudo-tweet application. You should be able to add and remove tweets. It should also look relatively pretty.
