Pros: It's still an okay place; there are many others much worse. They try to look like they care about our well-being. That's still a pro, considering many companies have given up even on that. * Remote work * Good tech stack and internal tools * AI tools * Free good food in the Dublin office

Cons: We're losing perks every year. They posted on LinkedIn that it was time for our favourite perk again, the week of rest for everyone, but that was cancelled this year. They started a "performance culture" which leads to unknowing Product Managers creating more useless spreadsheets for tracking progress and asking more questions in every meeting just to seem like they're doing something productive instead of wasting everyone's time. * Poor planning across the board * Complex business logic that is not conveyed well and not at all documented * Poor software architecture prone to breaking other teams every week.
