Process
Everyone was really nice.
The process included a coding challenge, a phone screen with a recruiter, and an on-site interview with two different engineers.
The interviews were great, and the interviewers helped calm my nerves and were very friendly. I actually learned a lot during these interviews, which was really cool.
My only gripe was that it took over a month to get me on-site. I came very close to missing out on this opportunity due to this delay. I understand HubSpot has many candidates, but it would have been a shame to not be able to attend the on-site due to multiple expiring offers I had at the time.
That being said, I very much look forward to starting in January!
