Process
The interview wasn't terribly challenging. I was only a second-year university student at the time, so most of the questions were related to that.
They gave a phone interview and then, a few days later, invited me for a one-on-one interview at their headquarters in Boston.

Great Pay, Some Intern Limits

Great Culture, Fast Production
Software Engineer Co-Op • Former Employee
Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
May 18, 2022
Pros: Good opportunities for learning, cool offices, continuous development and integration cycles mean you can see your code in production right away, and a down-to-earth CEO and CTO.
Cons: Definitely makes you drink the "orange" Kool-Aid, but unlike some other companies that do this, the culture and environment are actually great.

Loved but wish I had more opportunities
Software Engineer Co-Op • Former Employee
Los Angeles, California, United States
March 8, 2024
Pros: I loved the environment. They prioritized my health and well-being, even though I was a co-op. I loved the people there. They really took the time to help me when I was stuck on projects and included me whenever I did go into the office in Boston.
Cons: I did get the opportunity to pick front or backend for my Co-op, but I didn't have the chance to pick within once I got assigned.
The team I was placed in was more backend within the frontend (which is what I picked), and I wish I could have had more choice because I struggled within my team as it was much more advanced.
