Process
The interview process began with a company recruiter phone screen, followed by a coding test. My experience was exactly as many other interviews have described it.
Communication and transparency throughout the process were lacking. It also seems there might be layers of bureaucracy at HubSpot, and communication through those layers is challenging.
The hiring process could use much improvement.
