Applied in mid-September and received a response about 1-2 weeks later.
You are first given an online assessment. The online assessment consisted of sending a GET request to one endpoint to receive a bunch of data. Then, you process the data and sort through it (as specified in the problem) and POST it back to another endpoint. You are given 3 hours to complete the online assessment, where it is graded based on completion, time, and code readability.
Two days after taking the online assessment, I was invited for a 20-minute HR screening that asked fairly typical interview questions (see below). I was rejected here for whatever reason. I felt that my answers were good, but it seems that this year was extra competitive (most likely due to the 2020 COVID situation).
After the HR screening, I believe you have two one-hour, back-to-back technical interviews. According to the recruiter, these rounds were to be held in late October. I did not make it to these rounds.
Describe a time you gave criticism to somebody.
Describe a time you had to explain something technical to a person.
