I submitted my resume through a job portal and was contacted a few days later for a coding challenge. You can start whenever you want, as long as it's within a week of when you receive the coding challenge email. You have 3 hours to code a back-end that can perform tasks similar to arranging meetings. I don't want to give too much away about it, but it wasn't that difficult. The earlier you submit it, the better.
It was a pretty fair challenge. I was contacted for a phone interview that was scheduled to happen in a month, but they canceled, stating that they were already at full intern capacity.
I emailed the recruiting agent a couple of times during the process, but they never responded.
The coding challenge was the only interview question I had.
