Absolutely terrible process.
I had a screen with the manager, which I thought went well. The manager was going to discuss with other managers to find the right role placement.
The recruiter subsequently ghosted me for two weeks, then responded with a generic rejection, which was counter to the conversation I had with the manager.

Pros: Tons of room for growth and lots of opportunity for driven individuals.
Each team really is autonomous and empowered to make their own decisions. You decide the scope of your role and how much impact you want to have.
Coworkers are awesome. There is constant investment in keeping our technology up-to-date and making our engineering team as productive and happy as possible.
Cons: Not necessarily for everyone. If you're just looking to be spoon-fed tasks and coast by, this probably isn't the company for you.
