Overall, I felt the process was great. From start to finish, the recruiter was regularly in touch, gave me a clear breakdown of what to prepare for, and even shared the interviewer's name and details with me ahead of time.

I was able to understand the kinds of questions each interviewer might ask, as well as get some ideas on the kinds of questions I could reasonably prep for.

The interviews themselves were a really positive experience for me. I felt I did poorly in more than one of them, but HubSpot is true to its word when they say that interviews are collaborative.

My interviewers coached me here and there, asked some great questions, and just removed as much pressure as they could.

I was asked to give examples of times when I showed ownership.

This included questions along the lines of:

"Tell me about a time you had to work with unclear guidelines."
