I’ve worked at the company as both an intern for multiple periods (2018, 2019) and as a full-timer from 2020-2023. I can attest to the very negative turn in culture at this company.
I raised concerns about my manager, which were ignored by upper leadership. This resulted in multiple retaliations, an internal whistleblower investigation, and ultimately, shortly after the investigation’s conclusion, I was let go.
(Although they made it a point to let me know they do not retaliate against employees who file whistleblower complaints.)
If you are neurodivergent, not able-bodied, a person of color, a woman, etc., my strong recommendation would be to avoid this company like the plague.
If you do not conform, you will be sidelined and most likely let go eventually.
I know of a few former employees who have had really bad interactions with this company behind closed doors.
Please be careful and consider other options.
Actually hire managers/management that know how to lead/motivate people and take accountability, instead of responding to negative Glassdoor reviews.
Went through three rounds of interviews. After applying, I received an online assessment, followed by a recruiter call. Then I had two technical rounds: one focused on system design (video streaming) and another on coding. The rounds seemed easy, bu
Most hiring processes follow these stages: Application & Resume Screening You submit your resume and (often) a cover letter. HR or a recruiter screens your profile for basic qualifications. Initial Interview (Recruiter Call) Usually 15–30 minute
The interview process is typically structured as follows: OA, behavioral, then technical. The OA (Online Assessment) is a progressive filesystem challenge. The first two levels are quite simple, but then you have to sort and retrieve the top k users
