The greatest thing about Hubspot is how closely they stick to their motto - "Use good judgement". This permeates through everything they do. They leave it completely up to the employees: the hours, the work you do, and the time off (unlimited vacations!). Devs have complete control and are expected to deploy to production daily. With such freedom, trust, and flexibility, the motivation to do your best work is extremely high, and everyone in the company is driven and passionate about what they do.
There aren't very many cons when it comes to HubSpot. One thing they lack is a solid feedback and evaluation protocol, so it is difficult to know how well you are doing at any given time on a quantitative scale.
