Very hard to find any cons. The only one I can think of is that in Europe, remote work is still very limited.
Enjoyable and challenging. Very friendly bunch of guys and very helpful. There were 5 stages: * Live coding of LeetCode-style tests. * Two System Design interviews (design the architecture and feature modules). * Two behavioural interviews.
Bad overall assessment. Many questions were asked. You don't have enough time to think about your answers. The interviewer was not as friendly as I thought they would be. The time slot was not flexible either. I don't feel anything good about it.
There was a coding challenge, then a personal interview, then a two-hour technical interview. The coding challenge was three hours long and was about "post" and "push". The technical interview asked how you would code Netflix.
