- WLB is reasonable but dependent on the team
- Compensation is good for a mid-sized tech company
- Disjointed and disorganized teams.
- Inability to understand real impact.
- Lots of talkers who think they’re more skilled and impactful than they actually are.
- Selects for only certain archetypes of engineers.
- Very opinionated, often times unjustifiably so.
