The interview process was very disorganised and frustrating.

My interview was cancelled and rescheduled multiple times (four in total), despite me making myself available each time. Unfortunately, I was never given a proper opportunity to complete the interview process before the role was filled.

This required repeated preparation and schedule changes, which became quite disruptive. From a candidate perspective, it felt like there was a lack of coordination and respect for candidates’ time.

While the communication was polite, the overall experience did not reflect a well-structured hiring process. I believe there is significant room for improvement in:

• Planning
• Scheduling
• Ensuring candidates are given a fair opportunity once they enter the process

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future candidates.
