The process included a 30-minute technical screen with an implementation-heavy simulation problem.
After the introduction and explanation, there was very limited time left to clarify the requirements, write the solution, and test it.
The interviewer appeared distracted and spent part of the call looking at their phone, with minimal interaction during the exercise.
Overall, the interview felt rushed and not particularly collaborative. I received a rejection afterward.
