The problems were not the most difficult, but they had a pretty large variety of expected topics, including floating point, bit manipulation, data structures & algorithms, and basic OS concepts.

Not going bankrupt any time soon.
Cons: Very little room for improving yourself or any of the systems. Company needs come from the top and always come first. Fires people very regularly.
